Socom 4!!!

Socom 4 has been Officially announced today by ZIPPER on the Official Playstation Blog. Zipper is announcing a full fledged single player campaign, 32 player multiplayer and that they wont stop supporting MAG in the process. In the comments section of the blog post a Zipper representative has announced that they have two teams working, one on MAG and another on SOCOM and while there is some cross-over neither game will suffer. The Forgotten ... forgets BS

January 12, 2008 - In the midst of page updates, downtime, etc etc there was a battle that has long since been forgotten by The Forgotten. That match however pains the memories of those Black Sun members rattled in the battle waged. Black Sun Underworld faced off against The Forgotten in a Call of Duty 4 match on Sonic Army and was left battered.

On December 20th, 2007 at 9:45 PM two Sonic Army teams collided in a head to head battle of Modern Warfare. The setting was Call of Duty 4 on the Playstation 3 console and the local District (Domination), Ambush (TDM), Strike (HQ), Backlot (TDM), Pipeline (Domination). BS History

Black Sun Underworld's history started, May 15, 2005. The clan was created by FakorX/Omen and Fizzo. Reasons for the start of this clan are different between each of the original members. FakorX and Fizzo were Star Wars Battlefront Division heads in the former clan. FakorX and Fizzo had a different vision of where we should be heading. With that, Black Sun was born. FakorX and Fizzo not knowing how much the division stood behind them set forth to create the new clan. Little by little the entire Battlefront division joined Black Sun.

The biggest surprise in terms of people joining Black Sun was the addition of KillerCanadian. He was the person that really lit the fire in the division in that former clan. We did not know how much his loyalties were to the division, rather than that clan itself. We had plenty of arguments with the old clan as was expected. It is tough for any clan to lose so many members in just a few days time. With the birth of Black Sun we had close to 25 members and those numbers would soon grow as we were one of the 3 top clans in Star Wars Battlefront fighting for the top spot along with the likes of Clan RABiD and the Corellian Smugglers.

Black Sun has gone through many roster changes over the years and has suffered crushing blows that would make a lesser clan crumbled and disappear. Luckily for us all, Black Sun has a greater meaning to many that goes beyond the thought of just a simple 'gaming clan'. With that Black Sun is still standing proud and growing.

Major Nelson has provided some new information from the X10 event. Included is information about the public beta for Halo Reach as well as release dates for several games. Hit the jump for more.

Those who are excited about what Microsoft has coming should look no further then Major Nelson's Site. He's confirmed multiple things for those XBox 360 gamers and they include the following:

Utilize the Halo:ODST disc to access the Halo Reach public beta on May 3, 2010.
Dead Rising 2 will release in NA on August 31, 2010.

Dead Rising: Case Zero will be a XBox Live exclusive download that will be available prior to the games release.

Alan Wake will launch May 18, 2010 in NA. Pre-order to receive the Bright Falls Bonus Pack (Click Major Nelson Link for more information).
FFXIII XBox 360 bundle will release on March 9, 2010 for $399 and include a 250GB HDD.
Toy Soldiers will kick of the XBox Live Arcade Block Party March 3, 2010.
Perfect Dark, Scrap Metal, and Game Room will join the XBox Live Arcade Block Party in March.
Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Conviction will release April 13, 2010 in NA.
Lost Planet 2 will release May 18, 2010.
Fable III will be available this Holiday.
